It has appeal, it is a neutral palette, and it can be decorated to suit a lot of different style.

We also have people that just bought a home, that want to take out their nearly new kitchen because it doesn’t suit their taste. The kitchen and bath industry is a fast paced industry. Sites like Pinterest and Houzz allow you to see any style of kitchen and allow you to save favorites, to virtually build the perfect kitchen. We are seeing more and more colors take over the industry, more and more trendy kitchens taking over. The more trendy kitchens get lately, the less mass appeal they have. Then you are stuck with a choice between sticking with mass appeal in mind or putting in a wow, on trend kitchen that could motivate the right buyer to buy right away.

Here’s what we think: Instead of investing more money into redoing your kitchen or bathroom and potentially alienating a portion of buyers, use digital renderings and virtual walkthroughs to show buyers what they could do with the space. Use technology to increase your return of investment. Don’t spend money on renovating when people are looking to re-do spaces to their own taste, to bring their own Pinterest boards to life.

We will pick a cabinet line that will fit the cost of the home and provide an itemized estimate of the proposed kitchen and/or bathroom renovation. Our digital pictures have a quick turnaround, they can be provided within 1 week. We provide this service for free because we want you to sell your home. We don’t get anything until after your house is sold.
