Hi! We are Richard and Liza Kraemer, owners of Kraemer’s Kitchen Factory.

Liza designs our kitchen and bath projects and Richard installs. Prior to starting Kraemer’s Kitchen Factory in 2006, they installed kitchens for a big box store. They saw how unhappy customers were with the way big box stores churned out kitchens so they secured their own cabinet manufacturer dealerships and started their own remodeling business. Kraemer’s Kitchen Factory was started with the intention to change the industry. It was started by people who were looking to provide a custom, personalized, collaborative experience to get you a better value for your money, a better experience, and a better result.

A new kitchen is more than just new cabinets and countertops.

It can mean more entertaining, more homework space, more working from home, more sit down dinners, and well, just more…

More homeowners are finding themselves with the equity to finally do that renovation they’ve been thinking about.

We checked in to see some real estate and renovation trends expected for 2022. In the 2022 U.S. Houzz Kitchen Trends Study, results say, “when deciding to upgrade a kitchen, finally having the means continues to be the primary trigger for renovating homeowners (45%)” Additionally, in the article, The Property Line: 6 Housing and Mortgage Trends for 2022, “Thanks to the increases in home values throughout 2021, many homeowners are sitting on a considerable cushion of equity…For most homeowners, becoming a seller in this market would also mean becoming a buyer in this market, so staying put and upgrading may be more appealing than moving.”

Maybe that’s you or maybe that renovation you’re planning is to personalize a home that you just purchased or to update an aging kitchen. No matter whether you’re finding you have more equity in your home or you’re looking to create more equity in your home, planning and sticking to a budget is an important part of the equation.

We provide detailed estimates and detailed information on what you’re purchasing so that you can choose where you are going to get the best return on your investment. We can help you navigate your renovation and maximize your return.
